Mentor of the Year

We are thrilled to recognize Frank Wawrzyniak as our Mentor of the Year! Nominated by his mentee Dylan, Frank has been a steady source of support, encouragement, and guidance over the last year. Through their time together, Frank has shown an unwavering commitment to Dylan’s success, building a strong and meaningful connection along the way.

Dylan shared the following with us:

“One of the first conversations I had with Frank was about fostering children. He opened up and explained he wanted to foster kids some day because he always wanted to give back and learn. He’s been able to learn a lot from me and my situation which makes me feel good about myself. I share this conversation to emphasize how our relationship is one we both have grown from over the year. Frank is kind, funny, and extremely caring. He has an amazing heart and is beyond welcoming.”
