This “travel journal” guides young adults who experienced foster care through self-reflection, setting goals, and making plans for their future as they move toward adulthood and independence. It provides young people with the Road MAPS for success: Mentality, Accountability, Purpose, and Sustainability. Each month focuses on a different independent living skill, and encourages creating hands on opportunities to learn and teach younger kids in care - a full circle approach to successfully prepare for adulthood.

The journal can be used independently or as a group program guide.
